Now I ...For the first time I looked at your stream. Now I understand why it is not motivating: so much repetition, you need to move everything everytime... It would be probably faster to animate with a skeleton, like in 3D, so moving one thing move the related stuff accordingly (e.g. moving the wrist makes the arm follows).
