Seems straightforward from previous game versions. Left is character expression, condition is lust state, blue is HP, gun gauge is current gun's ammunition, shirt gauge is current clothing resilience, and then pink gauge and % are current lust levels.
I feel like space is being wasted, you could move a the bars to be round rather than as is, for instance health could be around the portrait with a little extension at the bottom for the numbers
