Started working the new Chibitsuko design into Animate to start animating. The link takes you to the patreon post, if you can't see it, don't worry, it will unlock to public in a week's time, which I don't know what that will be since I'm posting this way after the fact, I think in 3 days or so it unlocks; but I can't be bother to check and then post the public version here, so I'm just gonna link the patreon post at the same time from now on, and if ppl that are not patrons and are interested can come back to this in a week to check the video out.

Progress Update

Some early concept for the chibi game.

In other news, the jellyfish and wasp animations file are done; next order of business is go over the flash game one last time, make sure everything is presentable (I want to post it on steam and itch.io, free of course, I don't think this shit is worth a dime), and then is back to godot tutorials and get ready for the real thing.

Managed to get half the downside animations set up. I'd say I'm at like 15% done overall.

It's time to stop. Gonna just arrange the wasp and jellyfish animation as separated interactive movies to bundle with the final version of the flash game. That's it.

Then, gotta dust off the old chibi flash file, update her hair, and start making the sprites for wolfie so I have the player and 1 enemy at least. And I guess it's back to square one with Godot tutorials, because I already forgotten everything I learned, but I'm getting ahead of myself. First things first.

The other day I decided to start the process of finalizing the design of the chibi wolfie for the chibi game, so I have at least 1 enemy to start making animations and code. But then I started doodling and...

On other news. I downloaded Adobe Animate 2020, supposedly the brush tool was improved, we'll see, gotta do some tests. Also let's hope it lest me work better to finish the jelly fish and wasp animations, and at the very least, just share them as gifs, or as separate flash movies, so I can finally put the flash version behind me.
