I was at a friend's house yesterday almost all day playing, and even though I got home in time for the stream, I didn't remembered it until now, sorry.

Anyway, originally they are planned to fill the loading screens for the game, but since the updates are so scarce, I figured it would be better to post them here so ppl can see them as they are submitted and not who knows how many years from here in-game.
So, at the end of yesterday's stream -Sorry for those who couldn't make it due time zones, I actually save the session, but stupid me, being stupid just so happened to mess with the settings of the recording software just before starting streaming, and the whole thing came with no sound, and I realized until the end, not that it matters much since I wasn't using the mic (which I might use next time, it's annoying to have to stop and change windows to answer questions on the chat), just bg music, but since I didn't record the chat window I think the video, I think all the pauses would be annoying without seeing why they are, I don't know, if anyone really wants to see it, I guess I can upload it, it didn't came out big- someone asked what would I do for the next one, and since I didn't finish what I was doing yesterday (replacing one of the wolf's sex animations) and I didn't think it would be fun to just leave it and continue next Sunday, so I didn't really knew, so it was suggested that I asked here, and I think it's as good idea as any, so let's go into this.
Ok, the basic of this is I'll just give a quick run down of what I can do for the stream, because, for example, debugging is out of the question because I think that will be dead boring to watch. I'll leave it open for this posts's replies if you want to elaborate on your vote.
So it comes down to what is there left for the demo, as I want to spoil as little as possible the things to come past that, so for example designs or animations of new enemies are also out, well, I guess designs would be kinda ok, but that will still take away time I'd rather spend working on the foudation that is the demo instead of creating new content and have a bigger mess to fix in the future, I don't know, I'll just leave it to you guys, leave your suggestions and we'll work from them.
So the field test that I did last Sunday wasn't a complete disaster as I expected, so let's do the real thing now.

Well, since this was the only place I actually got feedback (I was totally ignored in tumblr and DA save for 2 ppl T-T), I'm going with what ppl have spoken here, even though this was totally the wrong place to ask, I still want to keep my "artistic" stuff somewhat separated from the game.
Anyways, half the ppl said go for it, half of that is indifferent and half of that said no (man, Zipf's law demonstrated again...scary 0.0), so I'm going for it, and why? you are probably wondering, am I still talking about my other stuff here on the blog of the other stuff, well, I'll take this chance to kinda answer the common thread on the comments of the last post, by saying that the very first thing I'll stream, will be me working on the wolf animation I said I'll be doing like 400 years ago. I think the fact of having you guys watching over my shoulder will be a great incentive to get my lazy ass to work, because you gotta admit, I suck at being my own boss. So, yeah, that will be good I think, though I still need to do some testing to ensure everything is working nice and smooth, in the meantime, you can post what time and day would you like I stream, I'll go with whatever the most ppl say, as for me, I have no problem, any time is good.
I still will use picarto mainly for my "art" stuff, but will mix it up with things related to the game, as long as they are drawing related, like animating or doing the cg's, I wouldn't make an stream of me debugging the game, staring at the monitor and banging my head to the desk for not being able to fix it...

Nah, for real, I just thought of this watching a source filmmaker animation of Jill that I like, she's being pounded by a hunter and what I like about that one is the expression she has and the position of her arms, which faintly suggests half way submitting to the hunter, and on one hand she's still holding her beretta, so I thought "wouldn't be cool is she let go of it as saying -ok, you win just fuck me-"; then I remembered that I'm making a shitty-ass game and I could do it myself.
So, basically, the idea is to make the weapon Mitsu is holding during H animations not invisible anymore, and aside from adding that drop weapon moment I mentioned, for the normal status, I can make a small animation showing her using the weapon to fend off the attacker and do a bit of damage, instead of the insta-stand up explosion thing that's going on right now.
So, a month has passed on me again and I didn't prepare an update, honestly, I thought I still had another week :/
Anyway, ate least this time there's a reason (other than me being lazy). Ppl that follow me on tumblr or are fond to check swfchan know what I'm talking about. So I'll just let the link here for the ppl that don't know, so you can check for yourselves, there's a little story behind how this came to be, but I'll just say, that she has priority over everything else.
That being said, it's a rather small project (at least that's the plan), but I will make an effort to prioritize SpacEscape for the time being, at least until I have something to upload, I had a goal already, to finish the wolf rape animation, I think everyone will be happy to see that worked on.
So, that's all for now, as always I won't give even a remote date for the update, just pray this other project doesn't distract me too much.

Fixed the dialogue speed bug.
Dialogue is different color depending on arousal.
This feature is still bare bones, dialogue sucks.
Will evolve eventually on having a separate set of dialogues for each enemy and masturbation.
Now working on making the game load all the lines externally from an xml file.

EDIT:Forgot to mention that don't know if adding dialogue to the sex scenes is even a good idea to begin with. You tell me.
EDIT1: Someone who just tried the game for the first time reported a bug where you can't select newGame+, and after fixing that I noted the stats get broken after you save and load a file. So, since that's a variable related bug, you'll have to delete your saves again after I m done with that.
Though, have some apologetic images so you can fap to something in the meantime.
So I was checking the blog for new comments, and noted that it's been a minute since the last update to the beta, so, despite haven't really made significant changes to it, I'm updating it just for the sake of constancy, since I said not more than a month. I didn't include a changelog this time because I only did a couple things, which are:
-Made a couple of changes on the intro section (the more I adress this, the less I want to call it a stage) to make it a bit more clear.
-Fixed a bug where the game will only detect you save progress if you saved on the first slot.
-Fixed a glitch where the -casual clothes- torso part was invisible while standing still with the spear equipped.
-Improved Mitsu's knocked-flying animation. (Only thing really worth checking out)
So, that would be it, I'll try to get another one in there as soon as possible.
IMPORTANT And as always, for ppl that is coming back after a while that can't use the menu, which is pretty much everybody; you will have to delete your save file in order for the game to set up a new file. I totally forgot that I revamped all variables to optimize their use code-wise, so old saves won't work; sorry about that.

Been working on quite a few things on the game so I pushed the dates a bit to try to get everything, or at least to get to a presentable update, but didn't quite make it, anyhow, I said no more than an month between updates, so here's the new version. Change log is on the rar file so to not overcumb the blog; you can check it to see what exactly was adde, and also since I'm in the middle of reworking the wolf's animations, expect it to be a bit funky.
So, since Urielman keeps his promises, here´s this week's update on the beta, uploaded on MEGA and DEPOSITFILES, since 4shared is not loading now, any hot fix afterwards that I upload within the week will be posted only on MEGA to save time. As I said before, I'll be posting at often as once per week (Monday or Tuesday) and as infrequent as once a month, everything depending on how much do I change to the game, if the changes are too small/inconsequential, I won't upload anything until a more meaningful change is made.

and in some cases freeze the game as it may render useless the escape bar making it impossible to break free or make the
"press enter to reboot" message to not appear. (happened with the horse once)
-Still can't make the current/total item count appear on the credits final message
-Golem losing it's will to fight sometimes (aka doesn't move or do anything)
-Hair and color changes are still freaky on the rape animations

Ok, fixed the intro story so here's an update with more fixes:
-Lowered the slime on the intro stage so it's easier to reach.
-Modified the wall near the last green door on the intro stage so you can't climb and glitch out of boundaries.
-Added some signals to the intro stage.
-Added some signals on the sub menu so the same bug doesn't get submitted over and over.
-Made the warning sign and my logo skip-able.
-Fixed a bug when the wolf rapes Mitsuko on horny down the animation goes to horny up instead.
-Added proper stance for the satisfied wolf after rape on horny. Remains non hostile until attacked.
If you go too far away from him it will be de-spawned. The next spawn hostile as normal.
-Made it so that if for some reason you get to the credits screen other than the normal way, the credits won't load.
-Added the BGM folder I forgot from last time.
-Updated skill and item sound pick ups.
-Arranged some skills placement.
-Changed the "poop monster" color to gray.
-Added some sound effects to the Golem
Things pending/to comment:
-Reproduce that Mitsuko dissapearing after raped by wolf, game-braking bug so I can debug it.
-The wolf on the intro stage doesn't go satisfied until the second time. Other wolves seem to be fine.
-GO CG's aren't even in the game, I haven't finished them. It's not a bug
-And of course since I tampered with the golem, something broke, and now he goes invisible when walking, are you up for the challenge? (not really, he's still a push over)

So, once the wave of bugs have kinda died down, I'll start on the next batch that will cover the stats bug, improving the combat system and tweaking some core mechanics of the game, but let's not get ahead of ourselves.
Uploaded a new version in exe format to avoid the browser bugs, it fixes a couple bugs pointed yesterday, I have some more bugs fixed, but I don't know what I did that the intro story doesn't show anymore, so until I fix that one this one should suffice for now. It makes the slime on the intro level die in 3 hits, you can still glitch out if you climb the green door though so be careful.

So, yesterday I was all ready and prepared to spent the day to try to fix as much as possible before updating...But it just so happened that yesterday I noted that Rimuririmu Paradise Iseki was released, and spent literally all day playing that until I beat it, so fuck my life X_X
So screw it, I'll just update as it is and let the world burn, as I said previously, couple of things you'll find unfinished/unpolished, but nothing game-breaking (I hope).
After this, I'll update more frequently, as soon as I have made a considerable change that is, no point on updating just for a color change in a single asset for example, I will still continue to use the progress bars, but I'm not waiting until I'm done with all to update the beta.
Part of this is so I can actually tell you what has changed, because as of now, even I do not know what are all the differences between this new beta and the last you all saw, one thing I would like to mention though, the end credits still lack a couple of names on it, don't worry, I'll give credit where credit is due.
Well, already mid April and I still can't finish the work...Making progress and all that but, no matter how much I work on it, still not enough. I might end up updating the beta has it is just for the sake of releasing something, I mean, the intro is done, except for the fact it has a place holder instead of the final CG, but I encountered some unfinished things on the credits, and on top of that I thought of adding a thing or two while I was looking at it.
So, this brings me to the question (which I'm 99.99% sure I know what the answer will be). Do you want me to update the beta with what I have, knowing it has somethings unfinished aka rough on the edges, or you'll wait? Oh, and I'll say it again just in case, THE UPDATE I'M TALKING ABOUT IS NOT THE COMPLETE GAME, NOR IT HAS NEW ENEMIES/AREAS, just the "intro stage", the intro story and the new ending credits.
So, when I was testing the intro to see how well it integrated into the main game, I never thought of actually start the new game, I always close the game when the intro was pretty much done, so I never noticed that it keeps looping, meaning I screwed up something while was making it. Problem is, finding what was it, I might just redo the code, I clearly remember that when I did the set up (that the main game would load external swf's) it was done first try, so I don't think it will take much time to fix this. Other than that, still gotta finish the cg and is pretty much done, so yeah, next beta not too far away.
Ok, so I didn't post anything because I was literally using all of March to try to finish what I was working on, and I didn't post anything yesterday because Aprils fool, the temptation of doing a really mean troll was to big, like, I was planning of doing a very credible updated beta, like with all the files in place and the file size, only ending in a Rickrolled when you clicked on the swf, so, yeah, by how things were with the almost 2 year with no updates, ppl would had flipped their shit, so no :P
Ok, so, with that out of the way, the intro is technically finished, as in, the animations are done, I must admit I underestimated the complexity of the task, as I still have to finish the CG I planned for it, right now it has a placeholder which is basically the CG but in sketch form, soooooo, I need to finish it, and do some testing after that to make sure the whole thing is playable, like, to the public, because it's been so long, that I have modified it from the last version you saw, that somethings are usual to me, like having game's info on screen, or some other things unfinished on plain sight, and I need to make sure it's presentable, it shouldn't take too long, I don't want to give an exact date, because we all know how that will turn out, but I'd say sometime next week, if not before, so, yeah, that's all for today, and I guess I'll see you next update.
Wasn't feeling too good yesterday and didn't post anything.
Ok, so, animation is almost done, just a bit more and it will be done, other than that, the CG is missing and the ship being actually enter-able so you can go a see the inside and save while inside of it.
Not much to update today, I've been busy working on the dialogues that will be in the intro, but I'm still on it, setting it up to work in xml format, hopeful with a nice typewritter effect; we'll see.
Still, we are past mid month, so, yeah, deadline is approaching fast...damn deadlines; are you guys excited? Because I'm not -_-
So, yeah, worked a bit more on the intro, got a couple things done; re-sized the window to match the game window; some may not remember, but I increased the size of the game's "screen" quite a while ago, necessary for the gameplay changes to come. Feeling optimistic actually, I might get this done this month.
But still, I don't want anyone's hopes got up, when this is done, there won't be any new enemies or areas, I've said this several times on the past, but there's always that guy that won't read and will complaint that after a year and a half(?) there wasn't even a single new enemy added or something like that. So, I'll repeat, this current beta build (the one I'm working on right now), NOR any following ones, will feature any new enemies or areas, the current 2 areas and the current 4 enemies is all you'll see until I finish the game and it's released (Which will be god-knows-when). Just a reminder.
What WILL be on it, is the tweaks to some of the animations (Mitsuko's), the new intro, the new end credits, and whatever I changed along the way that wasn't planned on this update's work load (like the window size thing).
With the crisis averted (for now, still not letting my guard down), it's time to get back on business.
Not much to report if I were to put it into words, so I thought I would be best to let the image speak for me.
This is part of Mitsuko's ship interior (I might rework it a bit to match the scale; or maybe just make her ship larger, and it will be used for the intro sequence (remember that CG I had started? yeah...ended up scraping that, but thanks to that I now know what exactly I want and how to use it). The ship's interior will be used also on the main game, right now, when you enter it and don't have all 17 items, it's just a save room, but I plan to let the ship accessible since the beginning of the game, not much will be interactive, it will be just for immersion purposes, if immersion is even a concept applicable to H games anyway.
Aside from that, not much more to say, other than I'll try to get my lazy ass to work so I finish this this month; we'll see.

So, yeah, this means pretty much I wouldn't be able to post images on new content and the like, and debug the entire blog to remove any not suitable content (which I won't, since I'm lazy as fuck, plus I don't give a shit a bout google), so, I guess I'll be switching to posting on my tumblr, since it's the only place left I can post such content on the internet.

Worked a bit on the game side of the intro, as in, not the CG. Started to setting things up and the like, made the first minute or so of it, not much to go on, so, off you go, it is, why you came isn't? To this accursed land of the un-games? (whoever gets that wins a cookie :P)
On another note, thanks for the feedback on the animations, to be honest, if you ask me, I would say all of them are shit, but that's just me, nevertheless, all the comments are archived and I keep them for whenever I feel like polishing animations here and there. This not means that I will doing them now, but was something in the back of my mind, several animations didn't came out as I wanted, but instead of reworking all of them I figure I would ask the ppl which ones should be prioritized.

This time around I would like your opinion on the current sex animations of the game, and before you start typing your favorite or suggestions, stop, I would appreciate if you all could focus more on telling me what animations you think are the weakest, the ones you feel are lazy or can be better (I mean, all can be better, but I'm just an UrielMan, so), rather than the ones you lie the most.

Worked a bit more on the first CG, I started doing the final sketch for it. Trying to do this slowly so I can spot errors now and not when I'm coloring.
Also, read the comments on the previous report, and, well, I think now it won't be so much of a surprise when you all see it, but yes, since a very long time the game has been getting inspiration and references from the Alien franchise, more from the first movie, also from Super Metroid, and though I haven't be able to set that mood yet, I hope the next things I add will do the trick. And spoiler alert, yes, a facehuggger type enemy was planned from quite a while ago ;)
PD: Finished the game now, the story sucks, because it has no reason to exist, though I see how they screw up there as I realized it myself until half of the game >.< Other than that, the game does a very good job to keep you on your toes and stress you, makes you feel like you're there.
Sorry I'm late with the update, I'm currently playing Alien Isolation and me being a fan of the alien franchise I'm having nerdgasms all over the place.
But anyway, on the update, did some more work on the storyboard and started the first CG for the intro.
Ok, so I decided to give the CG thing a try, from a development point of view, I think it will be faster, and if it ends up not being the optimal solution, I can add those sketches to the unlockable content.
Ok, so last festivity of the season is tomorrow, so finally I'm free to start working properly again, I did some progress on the week, but nothing "tangible", more like some more planning on how will I actually draw the scene for the intro, so not all was lost.
