What in the fuck?

Recently I bought Haydee on steam, and I don't know why it kinda surprised me about the nudity tag on steam if I had already knew about games like honey pop; anyways, decided to look more into it, and was checking all games with a nudity tag and stumbled upon this http://store.steampowered.com/app/574860/

Now, I'm not sure, but judging by the reviews, I deduce this is a watered down (in regards to hentai) from the original, but, if not, wtf, does that means I can put SpacEscape on green light?

  1. I would say that you would have to remove the H content as I don't know if Steam allows H games on it (I say this as many H games have censored themselves but some have released patches that if someone manually installs will put back in the H content)

  2. Pretty sure it has had all of the adult content removed.

  3. You would need to remove adult content.
Everything you buy on Steam that is originaly a Hentai game will be an incomplete game on steam.
To this day I still have no idea why people buy Hentai Visual Novels and the like on steam. Complete waste of money. If I pay for something I want the full product - and not an incomplete version.

    1. They all have patches that can be applied to get the h-content.

    2. Yes, some of them, but not all of them do.

  4. Yes, this was originally an H-game. http://www.ulmf.org/bbs/showthread.php?t=28543

  5. Hell YES
Your game is three times or more better in ways of gameplay dept and level construction.
It has SO MUCH style and old school flair on top of the amazing lewds. I know the lewds will be cut for steam and still its a full game after all (which you really canot say of many hentai games).
I super approve you to try it! You deserve the money it might get in and people deserve this treasure to try for themself

  6. It would be nice to have the game on a more widely known platform than bloggler and eventually Dlsite. Although I don't know how it would go about putting it there; I would never censor it just to be able to put it there.

  7. There's a cinderella style h game as well that was originally obtainable on dlsite that then eventually found it's way onto Steam, so there are multiple h-games with the h removed on steam.

  8. Lol greenlight got busted by VALVE, guess the only way now is to pay them.

Unless you take all the time since they must check the game to see if you arent false promoting a game or as you say nudity stuff

  9. Yeah, why not?
    1. Remove the adult content from the game.
    2. Put the game on Steam for whatever price you want.
    3. Release the free "unofficial" (non-steam) patch on this blog that, when installed, puts the adult content back into the game.
    4. ?????
    5. Profit.

    1. A password? For SpacEscape? There shouldn't be a need for a password...how odd. You're talking about SpacEscape, right?

  11. You could put space escape on Steam greenlight, but I think I speak for everyone by stating you should do it when the game is finished to avoid early access backlash you definitely DONT want. You may also want to try to make sure the game is as polished as possible.

As for content. Yeah strip out all the sex and nudity. change the load screens if need be.

  12. Where have i seen this before http://www.dlsite.com/maniax/work/=/product_id/RJ172024.html

  13. It looks like Steam is lightening up a lot, 'House Party' just got greenlit, despite apparently being "ripe with foul language, nudity, and sex." Apparently the submission process now looks like this, so it may not be a bad idea to look into submitting Space Escape before Steam Direct takes over and the barrier to entry becomes at least a few hundred dollars
